Replicate and synchronize Sybase, Oracle, Microsoft, and IBM database transactions for secure, high-performance data delivery across the enterprise.
Number of Cores
- Replication Server - CPU License
- Replication Server - CPU Development & Test
- Replication Server - Server
- Replication Server - Networked Seat
Server Requirements: A minimum of two (2) Replication Server licenses are needed to support replication (i.e., one for the server providing the source of the data and one for the server that is the destination for the copy of the data). In addition, the users (or seats) on both the replication source (database) and the replication target (database) should be licensed for replication.
If ASE is used as the source and/or target, the number of Seat licenses purchased for Replication Server must be equal to the number of Seat licenses purchased for copies of ASE that are used with Replication Server.
Where either ASE is licensed by CPU or a non-ASE database(s) is used as the source and/or target, the number of Seat licenses purchased for Replication Server must be equal to the number of specific, identifiable, unique user input/output devices that directly or indirectly access the database(s) (ASE or non-ASE) used with Replication Server.
