Order Acceptance Policy
Your emailed receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. iPuzzlebiz reserves the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason.
iPuzzlebiz reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. Typographical / Pricing Errors
Our goal is to provide current and accurate information on our website however errors, misprints, and omissions sometimes occur. iPuzzlebiz reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, that does not conform to advertised specifications, or was shipped in error.
iPuzzlebiz will accept orders for out-of-stock items. If the item you order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped to you when it becomes available. On orders with backordered items, the total shipping charges are included with the first shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A backorder may be canceled at ANY time prior to shipping.
iPuzzlebiz will keep you informed of your order status via email. All tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging into your account on our website.

iPuzzlebiz accepts North American Credit Cards! Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number as recorded with your credit card issuing bank. We will ship to an alternate address only if the address is on file with your credit card issuing bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your credit card will be charged as each item is shipped.
When products are shipped to you by common carrier, iPuzzlebiz liability to you for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products by the common carrier to you will be limited by the limits of liability provided by the common carrier's terms and conditions of carriage. You may wish to purchase insurance from loss or breakage during carriage for full insurable value of the products you have ordered by making the appropriate requests when placing your order with iPuzzlebiz.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping charges are calculated starting at $18.99 for standard freight (ground). Shipments over and above the standard weight/dimensions or in remote areas are subject to additional pricing. If additional shipping charges should apply a representative will contact you to outline those charges. The customer and/or iPuzzlebiz have the right to cancel the order if not in agreement with additional shipping charges. An additional charge of $75.00 will be charged to your credit card for any shipment that is refused or undeliverable due to no fault of iPuzzlebiz or the courier. iPuzzlebiz reserves the right to review shipping.
Most in stock orders ship same day, although that does not guarantee that you will receive your order next day. Your order will not ship until after your order has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Every effort is made to process all orders within 24 hours after receiving an order, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed.
* Orders received after 3:00 p.m. EST may not be shipped until the following day.

All packages shipped from iPuzzlebiz.com are inspected prior to shipment. However, from time to time, damage during shipping may occur. Packages that are obviously damaged should be refused upon original delivery attempt. If the package is accepted, then any damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record prior to the driver leaving your premises. Any hidden or internal damage to any product must be reported to our Customer Service Department via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within the first 7 days of receipt to arrange for a carrier inspection and return of the damaged product(s). Please save the product, the shipping carton and all manufacturer packaging. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for iPuzzlebiz to file a damage claim. Failure to notify iPuzzlebiz of damage within this time period will be deemed an acceptance of the product, and standard return policies will apply.
All refused orders (for reasons other than shipping damage) will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable if shipment is refused at the time of delivery. In addition, refused orders will be subject to additional shipping charges to cover the cost of returning the products to iPuzzlebiz.
Service & Support
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with THEIR terms and conditions. iPuzzlebiz will provide on-line technical notes on most computer hardware and software products for your reference. iPuzzlebiz makes no guarantees of product reliability or compatibility. All compatibility-related questions MUST be directed towards the product manufacturer.
Customer understands that iPuzzlebiz is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not us. In purchasing the products the customer is relying on the manufacturer's specifications only. They are not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures, photographs or other illustrations representing the products that may be provided by us. In connection with services, neither affiliates of iPuzzlebiz, nor third party service providers are our agents and we have no obligation or liability arising from any services performed by or any warranty, if any, made by, such service providers.
We warrant that we have good title to the hardware products we sell, and that we have proper authority to license the software products we offer.
We do not warrant the performance or integrity of any Product, but merely pass through to the Customer whatever end-user warranty the manufacturers or software publishers provide with their respective products.
All returns and replacements must be handled directly through the manufacturer any time after the first 15 days of invoice. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice. Please contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty information.
There are NO returns for opened non-defective product. This follows all manufacturer policies and therefore no exceptions can be made.
For a product that is determined to be defective within 15 days from date of purchase, Return instructions and replacement product will be issued by iPuzzlebiz. After 15 days from purchase date all product is covered by the manufacturer´s warranty policy. All products are eligible for original manufacturer's warranties. Please contact the manufacturer directly.
Before returning any item it is necessary to contact our Customer Service Department for return instructions via email to email@example.com Returns MUST include all original parts and packing materials and a iPuzzlebiz RMA number, or the return will be rejected. No returns of any type will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days with a small leeway for shipping times. We accept no responsibility for products returned without an RMA number. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense
All Returns to iPuzzlebiz must be shipped to our address. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges; therefore, all returns must be shipped prepaid. The customer is responsible for any additional damage to an item or loss during shipment to iPuzzlebiz. iPuzzlebiz recommends that you send your return via a trackable service with appropriate insurance.
Please note that defective software may be returned for replacement only. Defective software cannot be returned for credit.
Within the 15 days from date of purchase, any defective hardware will have an RMA issued following policies and guidelines that are in place directly from each manufacturer. Return instructions will be provided. It is the responsibility of the client to follow and return the products in a timely manner to the warehouse location that is provided.
In some instances the manufacturer may request that the return/replacement/ repair is to be taken care of with them directly, at which time we will provide that instruction. In some cases, to help facilitate a return, we may instruct the client to contact the manufacturer directly to obtain a case number that confirms the item is defective. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and refunds to be processed. Items found to be non-defective will be returned to the client at their expense.
LCD monitors and other products with LCD displays (i.e.: notebooks, cameras, etc.) adheres to the dead-pixel policy that been established by most of the manufacturers. Any product with an LCD screen must be a minimum of 7 (seven) dead LCD pixels to be considered defective (DOA). Please contact the manufacturer of the product for additional warranty information if you receive a product with less than 7 dead pixels.
Return Privileges for Non-Defective Items
All non-defective returns authorized by iPuzzlebiz will be assessed a 20%, $40.00 minimum, restocking fee, whichever is greater. Shipping costs are extra, and are the responsibility of the client. All non-defective returns must be authorized for return within 30 days from date of receipt. No refunds will be issued after such 30 day period. Authorization may be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which is valid for 7 days. Failure to return a product within 7 day authorization period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
Credits to charge cards may take up to 10 business days to be processed after receipt of the returned product. A credit will not begin processing until we have received the returned product.
All fees, including "shipping and handling", labor, installation services, insurance coverage fees, and "Rapid Replacement" fees are non-refundable.
All Returns Are Subject to Manufacturers' Policies
Return privileges are subject to various manufacturers' policies. Many manufacturers have imposed certain return restrictions. Consequently, iPuzzlebiz reserves the right to decline specific return requests based on those restrictions. Be sure to ask your Account Manager about specific return conditions before you purchase any item.
Final Sale of Certain Products
In addition to manufacturer restrictions, the following products are final sale items and are not returnable to iPuzzlebiz for refund or exchange for any reason:
No returns, refunds or exchanges for any special order products, custom configured products, LCD/DLP projectors, Opened software, Hard drives, and TVs/Monitors over 27", Notebooks, PDAs, Retail Box Software, OEM Software, memory, Computer Games, Video Games, DVDs, CDs, or any products marked as "no returns" or carries a similar description on the products' page.
Packaging of Returns
All returns, defective or otherwise, must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing material, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer's packaging, contain all blank warranty cards, accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete returns, open or used products, or products not in new condition will be assessed additional restocking fees depending on condition and the iPuzzlebiz ability to remarket the returned product. iPuzzlebiz will refuse any return of items missing UPC codes.
Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation or overclocking. This includes any physical alteration to the product, modifications not approved by the manufacturer, bent pins, etc.
Credits on Terms
Any credits issued by iPuzzlebiz to the customer for any reason must be used within two (2) years from the date the credit was issued and may only be used for future purchases of products or services. Any credit or portion thereof not used within two (2) year period will automatically expire.
At iPuzzlebiz, we value your privacy. Your personal information is for use by iPuzzlebiz staff only--Period. This information is kept on a secure server to protect it from outside parties, and is information used for the limited purpose of processing your order(s). Information may also be used for statistical purposes, to improve our web site and services to you, to administer our site, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. Your personal information will not be sold and will not leave iPuzzlebiz.
iPuzzlebiz makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any sort with respect to the iPuzzlebiz web sites, materials, their operation, information or contents. iPuzzlebiz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any sort with respect to the sites or their use, including but not limited to merchantability and aptness for a particular purpose. You, the purchaser, agree that iPuzzlebiz, its principal and/or representatives, shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content, or use of the iPuzzlebiz sites or the products sold therein. You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any sort, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
You ("the Customer") and iPuzzlebiz agree that these Terms and Conditions are the sole terms and conditions governing the sales transaction between the Customer and iPuzzlebiz. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these Terms and Conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these Terms and Conditions carefully each time you place an order with iPuzzlebiz.
Limitation of Liability
iPuzzlebiz shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if iPuzzlebiz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
All items sold through iPuzzlebiz are sold "as-is" or "with all faults." The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. Should any of these items prove defective, do not function, or function improperly in any way following their purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or iPuzzlebiz, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.
Title to hardware products and to the media in which software products are embodied passes to the Customer upon shipment by iPuzzlebiz. Title to software remains with the licensor of the software.
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted under and governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules. Headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience of reference only and are not intended to be part of, or to affect the meaning or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
All dispute, controversy, or claim against iPuzzlebiz arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, their interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, or any related purchase shall be resolved exclusively and finally by arbitration administered by the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
The arbitration will be conducted before a single arbitrator, and will be limited solely to the dispute or controversy between you and iPuzzlebiz. The arbitration shall be held in any mutually agreed upon location in person, by telephone, or online. Any decision rendered in such arbitration proceedings will be final and binding on each of the parties, and judgment may be entered thereon in a court of competent jurisdiction.
The arbitrator shall not award either party special, exemplary, consequential, punitive, incidental or indirect damages, or attorney's fees and each party irrevocably waives any such right to recover such damages. The parties will share the costs of the arbitration, (including the arbitrator's fees, if any) in the proportion that the final award bears to the amount of the initial claim.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid or un-enforceable, in whole or in part, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. The Terms and Conditions stated herein are declared to be Severable.
Any litigation regarding this agreement or any transaction between a customer and iPuzzlebiz shall be brought to the provincial courts located in Toronto, Ontario Canada and customer hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction and venue as proper.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Customer and iPuzzlebiz relating to the sale of products and services on the Site. Customer consents to receiving electronic records, which may be provided via a Web browser or e-mail application connected to the Internet; individual consumers may withdraw consent to receiving electronic records or have the record provided in non-electronic form by contacting us at the address provided below.
Customer may issue a purchase order for administrative purposes only. Additional or different terms and conditions contained in any such purchase order will be null and void. Customer agrees that the Terms contained herein and in our invoice or other documentation will control. No course of prior dealings between the parties and no usage of trade will be relevant to determine the meaning of these Terms or any purchase order or invoice related thereto. This section may not apply if there is a written contract between Customer and iPuzzlebiz.
