Our referral partner client in Brampton is looking for an SAP Integration Architect.
Note: We are looking for someone who has strong experience as an SAP Enterprise Architect but who can function as a Solutions Architect as well. Must have a strong background with SAP (ECC, FICO and Supply Chain) Architecture and SAP integration Architecture. Must have expertise with SOA. Strong background with Enterprise integration architecture. This resource must have strong functional and technical understanding of SAP, must be able to look at internal capabilities and the integration needed to support the changes. The client is in decommission mode with current systems, work on replacement systems and integrate them with SAP. Must be able to work with Application integration, data integration and technical layers.
The individual will be part of a team of Solution Architects.The Solution Architect will be assigned to IT projects and will be asked to review business requirements and interpret these into an architectural design that is aligned to the Colleague Experience Target State Architecture.
The design is called a Solution Blueprint and describes the business context for the initiative and will include the application architecture, data architecture, technical hardware, network setup, and security architecture that will make up the entire solution.
The Solution Architect will participate in design sessions, review options and provide recommendations while communicating benefits, risks, and constraints to both the business and the various IT stakeholders.
The Solution Architect will continue to support the project after the blueprint has been created by reviewing deliverables and ensuring the project stays true to the initial designs - or that the blueprint is updated to reflect significant change.
The Solution Architect is expected to support the long-term architecture direction and to drive the organization toward its strategy. The Solution Architect will attempt to balance between these long-term strategic objectives and the immediate business requirements. The individual will work closely with other Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Information Architects and Security Architects as part of the Strategy and Architecture Team.
